What is Next Stop Canada? 

Next Stop Canada is an online national pre-arrival services program funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for people who are already approved to immigrate to Canada but haven’t landed yet.   

It provides personalized information on many settlement-related topics to prepare adults and youth (aged 12-19) newcomers before they arrive in Canada.

Client Eligibility 

• Have official approval as permanent residence (PR) from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) 
• Live outside of Canada 
• 12 years of age and above *Parental consent is required for participants aged 12-15 
• Provide one of the documents listed on the IRCC website at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/new-life-canada/pre-arrival-services/eligibility.html
